The Bank Hotel building was constructed in 1876 by Antoine Tedeschi in the Neo-Renaissance architectural style and still showcases the city's historical value today. It perfectly reflects the eclectic architectural style of the 19th century. Purchased by Yılmaz Ulusoy in 2010, the building has embarked on a new adventure in its story that has been ongoing since the 1870s. The hotel building consists of two buildings: the Sümerbank building and the Cemaathan Building, formerly the community center of the Neve Shalom congregation. The Bank Hotel Istanbul is located on Bankalar Caddesi, formerly known as Voyvoda Caddesi, a meeting point for jewelers and bankers. This is the first step by Yılmaz Ulusoy Holding, which aims to keep the past alive today. It has restored the building under the “The Bank Hotel Istanbul” brand, taking into account its historical and cultural values.
